Delivery
There are two potential delivery methods.
Orders under 100 Kg will be processed as a 'Parcel Order' and will be dispatched via van courier, please allow upto 3 working days for delivery.
Large orders (over 100kg) will be dispatched via Pallet Courier, please allow upto 5 working days for delivery.
Orders are dispatched the day after they are placed, Monday to Friday.

Parcel orders are priced according to the weight of the order as follows:

Large Orders
Orders which are over 100Kg will be dispatched by pallet network, please allow upto 5 working days for delivery.
The smallest lorry that can delivery is 7.5 T, please tick the box at checkout. Otherwise it could be delivered in large Artic lorry.
Large Orders Shipping
Orders sent on a standard shipping basis will be priced according to the number of items in the order as per the table below:

Standard shipping is 2 working days from dispatch, next working day option is also available in most areas. We will e-mail you on day of dispatch with your expected delivery day. Where access is restricted to less than 7.5 Tonne Lorry (approx dust cart size) please e-mail or phone before ordering.
Limited Access
All large orders over 100kg are delivered by pallet courier. If your delivery address is unable to receive a large lorry please ensure you select the 'Access Restrited to 7.5 Tonne Max' button on the shipping method form. We are unable to deliver pallets on anything smaller than a 7.5 Tonne Lorry.
Please note that occasionally a courier may attempt a delivery in a large vehicle despite having being informed of Access restrictions, if this occurs please refuse the delivery and contact ourselves immediately so that we can ensure they get back out to you in a suitable sized vehicle as soon as possible.
Please note that in the case that there is a discrepancy between the shipping value displayed here and on your invoice, the price indicated on your invoice shall be the ruling price.
