Large vs Small Orders

Large Orders over 100 Kg on a pallet via lorry.
Orders which are over 100 kg will be dispatched by pallet network. Please allow upto 5 working days for delivery, from the day the order is placed.  The smallest lorry that can deliver is 7.5 Tonne, please tick the box at checkout otherwise a large Artic Lorry may deliver.  We are unable to deliver pallets by anything smaller than 7.5 tonne lorry. 


Small Orders under 100 Kg  as individual parcels via van courier.
Will be dispatched as individual parcels on van courier on next day service. Orders will be dispatched the day after they are palced, Monday to Friday only.
If you might not be there to take delivery, please leave a brief note of where you would like your order to be left in the 'special instructions' box when placing the order.

All orders are wrapped in plastic and so are splash proof, however they are not suitable for outside storage or prolonged exposure to the wet.


Delivery Method Details

Large Orders are delivered on a pallet via the pallet network. Deliveries will arrive on a lorry equipped with tail lift and manual pallet trolley. Orders are unloaded to ground level and are able to be wheeled short distances over good ground to the desired destination.  Can be moved over concrete/ tarmac/ paving where level, not over gravel or earth or hills/ ramps.

 If your delivery address may be subject to access restrictions (narrow lanes, etc.) please indicate that you require your delivery in a 7.5 tonne lorry on the delivery page of the checkout process. If your property is not suitable for access by a 7.5 tonne vehicle we are unable to orders over 100 kg to you.
In exceptionally busy periods a shortage of 7.5 tonne vehicles may result in your delivery being delayed by a day, although this is very rare.

Failed Deliveries

Where deliveries are attempted but the delivery is unable to be completed due to the absence of someone able to sign for the goods or no instruction to leave, or not safe to leave, we reserve the right to charge a £20 redelivery charge.  

Unsigned Deliveries

We recommend customers not to ask us to leave large orders without obtaining a signature. However where the customer instructs us in writing in the Special Instruction  field to leave the delivery without obtaining a signature we are not able to entertain any claims that may arise from goods arriving damaged or being left at an incorrect location. Small orders do not require a signature on delivery.


If you find the goods unsuitable or you are not totally satisfied, providing you notify us within 8 working days from receipt of the goods and return to us unsoiled, unused and in the original packaging you will be entitled to an exchange or return. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return shipping to our warehouse in Oxfordshire. Please contact us if such a case occurs and we can advise you of the most cost effective means of return.
