Collection

Orders can be collected when the click & collect option is selected at checkout.

We are located in Oxfordshire OX25 2ND, see our Contact page for our exact Location.

Please allow us 2 hours to prepare your order.  Last orders for same day collection is 2:30pm.

Delivery

We can deliver orders of any size, from one bag to multiple pallets.

We deliver to all areas of England, Wales and most of Scotland.

Parcel or Pallet

There are two potential delivery methods:

Parcel - Orders 120 Kg or below will be processed as a 'Parcel Order'. 

They will be dispatched on a parcel courier and delivered in a vehicle up to the size of a Transit van. Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery.

Pallet – Orders over 120kg  will be dispatched via Pallet Courier.  The default size for delivery vehicle is a large lorry (double decker bus size).  When ordering you are able to select an option to restrict the delivery vehicle size to a 7.5t lorry (bin lorry size).  

We cannot deliver a pallet order on anything smaller than a 7.5T lorry.

Orders are dispatched the day after they are placed, Monday to Friday.

Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.  

Some Bulky items may be split onto 2 pallets. Eg. 46 bedding bales will be 2 pallets of 23 items.

If you will not be home

It is not necessary to be home, provided you have left instructions for a safe place, off the highway where the pallet can be left. By doing so, you accept responsibility for the goods once delivered.

The standard delivery service is for kerbside delivery.
