High energy feed for horses in heavy work
Chestnut Active Response is a highly palatable, energy providing, balanced feed, ideal for horses and ponies requiring maximum nutritional benefits as they are in hard/performance work regime. This is also suitable or for those horses at stud requiring increased levels of nutritional support.
Active Response contains high levels of quality protein aimed at promoting condition and developing muscle tone. In addition, linseed is added to deliver a balance of Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids, supported by antioxidants, which benefit coat and skin health, as well as being a valuable source of non-heating energy, and promoting stamina.

Feeding Rate: Adjust feeding rate according to workload and body condition; between 0.25 - 1 kg per 100 kg bodyweight per day. Feed a maximum of 1.5 kg per meal. Always feed a minimum of 1.5 kg forage per 100 kg of bodyweight per day.
